Welcome to Mave's. We at Mave's always buy organic vegetables fruits and groceries for our family. We wanted our family and friends to feed the same organic and chemical free healthy food to their kids. We specifically want kids to eat organic food. During the 2020 lockdown we started helping farmers to sell their produce in our locality. We realized that we should make these fresh produce available for more consumers at an affordable price and help both the consumers and the farmers. This is a small step towards making a change for our society.
Our customers prefer freshness than delivering in a hurry. We procure fresh organic vegetables, fruits and greens only based on orders and we dont stock any produce. For example, greens are harvested few hours before shipping. All the produce are only from certified organic farms. All the orders are prepacked and delivered fresh on the same day of procurement. All our groceries are either organic or natural. Our personal and home care products are made from natural ingredients.
All farmers supplying to the vendors agree on a set of guidelines laid by the vendor to ensure quality. As part of these guidelines, each farmer registered with our vendor has to inform the vendor before they sow anything. Our vendor's team visit the farm to ensure that the sowing is done as per the organic farming guidelines. The vendor also provides organic manure and other material required for the farmers which are then used during the life of the crop. The vendor team visits the farm regularly and ensure that the farmer follows all the best practices and have adequate supply of organic manure and non chemical pesticides. This ensures that the farmers use only the right material for growing the produce. The farmers harvest the produce as per our requirements and deliver it to the vendors warehouse which then gets shipped to us.
Our goal is to ensure that organic and chemical free produces are available at every household. This will create a healthy next generation as well as help organic and chemical free farming. During our search for people to pack and deliver the products we realized that women who want to work didn’t know how and where to start. We employ such people and support their families and also provide educational support to girl students.
